$2.2 BILLION Federal RICO lawsuit filed at the Federal Courthouse on April 27, 2011 for the benefit of the NH Taxpayers.  Who is who in NH Politics is named. 

I'm running for Congress in 2012 because "politicians" are refusing to answer my simple question. "Where are the Billions in Education Funding Taxpayer dollars going?" Simply for asking that question, I was threatened by "politicians". I got the threats on tape.  When I made them public "politicians" released the legal hounds on me. 19 lawsuits so far. I won every time. These “politicians”  demanded, in an emergency lawsuit, that all of the "illegal" recordings be "confiscated and destroyed". They wanted all of the copies chased down "confiscated and destroyed". They wanted all of my computers "confiscated and destroyed". (The NH Supreme Court ruled that they were all perfectly legal) Who are these "politicians” and what were they trying to hide? The Chairman for the Hillary For President campaign and their attorneys. That lawsuit, with the politically well connected Shaheen name on it, is signed under oath! It is an admission and a confession that they are behind these recordings. Shaheen & Gordan wanted them all destroyed! This is political dynamite!  Not a peep in the Manchester Union Leader. Not a peep in the Nashua Telegraph. Not a peep in the Concord Monitor. So much for curious NH journalists. Shaheen & Gordon even did the work Pro Bono. Was Shaheen For Senate Campaign cash used to pay for the many thousands of dollars of expenses related to this "politically" motivated lawsuit?

Congressman Charlie Bass, a RINO and long standing member of the Main St. Republican Partnership, told me at a campaign rally in 2010 that “I do not know where the money went and frankly, it’s not that much money.” Billions!! "Not that much money"?? That is the mind set of a Washington politician! That is the mindset in Washington DC that we need to change and Gerard Beloin is the agent of that change.

Since no politician was answering my question as to “Where did the Education Funding Taxpayer Dollars go?” I started a Taxpayer Watchdog Group. When I started posting on the internet, other Taxpayer Watchdog Groups across the country started contacting me with identical stories of threats and intimidation by politically well connected criminals. They used my numerous successes in the courts here in NH to effect the change of laws in their states.
